Non-smoking facilities sure do offend me. Until they start offering "smoking" facilities I will continue to be offended. It's a private property issue as far as I'm concerned. If you own a business, you should have the choice of making it smoking or non. If you want both, then accommodate both, but the government nor anyone else should not have the right to tell you what to allow in your own establishment unless it is illegal. I would love to see a federal class-action suit filed on this issue.
