Given the nature of this electronic forum and the volume of the
messages and postings, Y? and Phillip J. Milano cannot monitor all of
the material posted or transmitted by users and third-party

Y? and Phillip J. Milano do not review unscreened postings, and
cannot and DO NOT REVIEW postings made in the chat rooms or bulletin
boards. You may well read any given posting before anyone on the Y?
staff does. Take what you find with a grain of salt. You can expect
these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of
individuals and organizations other than Y? We DO NOT endorse or
guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the

We reserve the right to remove or ban any user for inappropriate

considerations, grammar, readability and civility. Users agree that
Comments posted that are pre-screened containing, but not limited to,
grammatical errors, hostile or abusive language, profanity,
vulgarity, assumed truths or preconceived notions, are allowed to be
edited to conform to the non-confrontational standards set up by Y?
in its guidelines, which are clearly posted on the site. Users of Y?
hereby agree to these conditions by using this site or making any

except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single

material compiled in book form, without compensation to the provider

agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained
from this site, whether made under the terms of this agreement or
otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither Y? nor Phillip J. Milano, affiliates, principals or
content providers make any warranties, either expressed or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, as to the information contained in this website. Neither Y?
nor any of its affiliates, principals or content providers shall have
any liability for the accuracy of the information, the contents of
advertisements, or for any opinions, assertions or omissions
contained in this website. In no event shall Y?, its affiliates,
principals or content providers be liable for claims or losses of any
nature including, without limitation, lost profits, punitive,
consequential, special or exemplary damages.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement
shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the
subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing,
signed by both parties.
